Sometimes we have to deal with printers that are installed, but will not appear in Control Panel.
If the user is using a Business version of Windows (not Home) then running printmanagement.msc
Is probably the simplest way to access those printers.

If the user is NOT using a Business version of Windows then PowerShell is an option.
PowerShell is a more powerful command line program (like cmd.exe).
